Sniffle... sniffle
OK, it is the middle of April and my allergies are the worst that they have were been in awhile. If this is only the beginning I don't know what it will be like in the middle of summer. Puffy eyes, runny nose, sneezing,head pressure, itchy watery eyes. I've got it all. Just like having a cold that will not go away. Can I have a little relief!!!!!!!!!!!!

I so totally relate! Silver Birch is really bad here at the moment...even my eyes are suffering. I find that my allergies get worse and worse every year...is it us or is the pollen just getting stronger? I find I don't sneeze quite as much as I used to though...may have something to do with the surgery I had 4 weeks ago...or the antihistamines I take every day...or the steroids I shoot up into my nose and sinuses every night...you can never tell really!
Anyways...feel better soon...and you should join facebook!
